Nora Pickell grew up in the Chicago area. She went to college at Northwestern University in Evanstom, IL. She ended up here in Pittsburgh very close to Hamilton. Living close to Hamilton has resulted in her becoming a member and the Nursery Director. She has been the Hamilton Nursery Director for the past three years.

Nora considers her marriage to Donald Jr. and her son, Donald III, as the most signicant factors in her life. At Hamilton, keeping the children in her care safe is her highest priority. She most enjoys watching the children grow. Her greatest challenge is finding a way to comfort children who don't know her well.

Nora enjoys Hamilton and finds it to be a friendly and caring community.
